Sara emily paxton was born on april 25 in the year 1988 in the city of woodlands hills Clifornia
She began her acting career as a very young child (6 ½), beginning with television commercials for soft drinks. By 1997, at the tender age of 8, she made her first movie appearance, although very short, in Jim Carrey’s movie Liar Liar. Over the next few years, she received other small roles on the big and small screen. [Fast fact: She auditioned, and made it to the final cut for the title role on Lizzie McGuire.]
In 2000, this young actress began to receive some acclaim for her acting when she was awarded the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Comedy Series - Young Performer Age Ten or Under for her performance in an episode of the television series Working.
Her acting talents continued to be recognized and in 2003 she as awarded another Young Artist Award for her appearance on an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (Best Performance in a TV Drama Series - Guest Starring Young Actress). She received a second nomination for an appearance on another episode of CSI, CSI: Miami a year later for Best Performance in a TV Series - Guest Starring Young Actress.
Her first major acting gig came in 2002 in the role of Sarah Tobin in the television series Greetings from Tuscan, for which she was nominated for the 2003 Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series (Comedy or Drama) - Supporting Young Actress.
In 2004, she continued to work on various projects, including a recurring role as Sarah on Summerland [the girlfriend of Jesse McCartney’s character], playing the role of Stacie in the movie Sleepover (the cast was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film - Young Ensemble Cast) and she also landed the leading role of Darcy Fields in the Discovery Kids’ TV series Darcy’s Wild Life (which also received a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Performance in a TV Series (Comedy or Drama) - Leading Young Actress.). And when she was not busy (laughs), she even had time to do voice-overs on the cartoon SpongeBob Squarepants.
She has just finished filming the movie Aquamarine about two girls (Emma Roberts and Jojo) who meet a mermaid named Aquamarine – portrayed by her. The movie is planned to be released in 2006.
2006 will also show the diversity of talent of this young star. She will be releasing a debut album entitled The Ups and Downs on Epic. However, her song, “Take A Walk” was already released on the Darcy’s Wild Life soundtrack to much praise.
Sara is a “mostly” grade A student and will graduate from High School in June of 2006. [Fast fact: Her mother is Mexican and Sara was raised speaking both English and Spanish]. She plans on going to college afterwards. Se would like to attend the film school and or study business at USC and possibly take up producing, maybe even owning a production company of her own one day.
She also has a clothing line based on her Darcy character which features Western fashion wear for young-teens and pre-teens.

Sara Paxton (April 25, 1988) was born in Woodland hills at California. She started her career at her early age by acting in many television shows and in films. Now, she is a well known singer too. Her father Steve Paxton is a business man and her mother is a dentist. Sara was the only child for her parents, but she was put up at San Fernando Valley from where she went to a public school. Sara completed her graduation by the year June 2006. Sara Paxton did many minor roles in films and television series while she was a school girl and she was nominated to receive the Emmy Award for her performance in the series Darcy’s Wild life. She played the title role in the series as a little girl who works at a rural farm, brought her a break in her career. Her first appearance in film was a minor role in Liar Liar, a Jim Carrey comedy in 1997.
Sara has performed a daily role in Greetings from Tucson and she did a guest appearance in Lizzie McGuire which was a show on Disney Channel. Sara got an opportunity to work in R.L.Stine’s Haunted Lighthouse which is a 3-D film and she did a role in “CSI Miami” as Lana. She was criticized negatively for her major role in the film Sleepover which was a teen film. She even performed a role in the series, “Return to Halloweentown” in Disney Channel. Her role in “Vancouver Island” was a different one that brought her applause in the market. Sara Paxton was co-starred to work with Emma Roberts and JoJo, in the film Aquamarine as a mermaid. Sara was really happy to work in that film and she recorded a track for the film “Connected”. Sara signed to record with Sony for “The Ups and Downs”, Here We Go Again”. About her personal life, Sara wants to study high to get exposed to knowledge in film industry and she applied to the University of Southern California. Unfortunately, she was not selected and then she decided to do Business Administration with history as minor subject to get in to production field in future.
